Sick Leave Requests
To have your sick leave request published in four (4) editions of the AEA Insider and one (1) edition of the Alabama School Journal, you will need to fill out the Jotform below. If you have any trouble completing the form, contact a member of the Public Relations Department. If your sick leave request is not received through this link, it will not be published.
Your request will read as: "Jane Doe, a custodian at Alabama High School, is in need of donated days as she recovers from an injury. To donate days, contact Johnny Appleseed at 123.456.7890".

BALDWIN COUNTY
Saadia Hunter, a homebound teacher in Baldwin County Schools, is in need of donated sick days due to injuries sustained from a fall. To donate days, contact Darlene Harville at dharville@bcbe.org.
COFFEE COUNTY
Johnathan Goodwin, a band teacher at Elba City Schools, is in need of donated sick days, as he recovers from a wreck and multiple surgeries. To donate days, contact Tiffany Germany at tiffg@elbaed.com.
HUNTSVILLE CITY
Vicki Watson, a counselor at Challenger Elementary School, is in need of donated sick days as she recovers from two spinal fusion surgeries. To donate days, contact AntWana Dryer at antwana.dryer@hsv-k12.org.
MOBILE COUNTY
Melissa Overstreet, a special education teacher at Kate Shepard Elementary School, is in need of donated sick days after a brain injury that occurred in her classroom.

Pandora Blunt, a teacher at Brewbaker Primary School, is in need of donated sick days.
LaTonja Langford-Lovett, a teacher Percy Julian High School, is in need of donated sick days due to a major surgery.

Candice Johnson, a teacher at Dadeville High School, is in need of donated sick days as she undergoes cancer treatments.
Jordan Watts, a teacher at Reeltown High School, is in need of donated sick days while her daughter is in the NICU at Children's of Alabama.
