Sick Leave Requests
To have your sick leave request published in four (4) editions of the AEA Insider and one (1) edition of the Alabama School Journal, you will need to fill out the Jotform below. If you have any trouble completing the form, contact a member of the Public Relations Department. If your sick leave request is not received through this link, it will not be published.
Your request will read as: "Jane Doe, a custodian at Alabama High School, is in need of donated days as she recovers from an injury. To donate days, contact Johnny Appleseed at 123.456.7890".
