Emerging Leaders and BELL Team Graduates

Throughout the 2026 AEA Leadership Conference, AEA held its annual Emerging Leader and Building Effective Local Leaders (BELL) Team cohorts.

The Emerging Leaders School introduces potential leaders to the Association and provides experiences and training to prepare them for future leadership roles in the AEA, NEA, and their local affiliates. The program is also designed to discover leadership talent and help potential leaders become involved in upgrading the organization at the local, state, and national levels.
