Voluntary Long Term Group Disability:  Protects your income when you are unable to work due to accident or illness. Payments are made directly to you as long as you are disabled, up to your normal Social Security retirement age, regardless of accumulated sick leave. Many plan options available.

Whole Life Insurance:   Provides guaranteed premium, guaranteed cash value, guaranteed portability, guaranteed issue (during open enrollment) and guaranteed additional purchase.  Coverage is also available for spouse, children, and grandchildren. Catastrophic Loss coverage is available to help provide financial assistance should you lose the ability to care for yourself. Plans starting at $3.00 per week.

Voluntary Group Term Life with Accidental Death & Dismemberment:   Provides cost-effective life insurance coverage for employees and their children.

Term Life Insurance:  Allows you to purchase level term coverage for 10 or 20 year periods, with minimal underwriting and no medical exams.

Child and Grandchild Life Insurance:   Coverage can be purchased on a simplified issue up to age 17 for only $9.75 per month. Other options are available.

Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment:  Provides coverage for accidental death & dismemberment, offering up to $500,000 in coverage. Includes 24-hour emergency assistance worldwide, while traveling for business and pleasure. Spouse and child coverage available. Benefits as low as $.80 per month for $10,000 in coverage.
