- Log in to your AIM Account
- Once you have logged in to AIM, you will be at the Services Portal *Do not click on a tile.*

ACE
- The tile labeled “ACE” is the Certification Dashboard (NEW online application system), which allows you to view background status, view and download certificates, and apply for certification through the online application process.
- Click New Application (BEGINNING JANUARY 31, 2025)
- Follow the prompts to complete the application process, including uploading documents and paying the fee through this application.
