2024 AEA Leadership Conference

The AEA Leadership Conference will be held June 13-15, 2024, at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama.  This conference is your chance to enhance your leadership skills and make a positive impact within AEA and your local association. Whether you’re an established leader or just beginning the path to becoming one, the AEA Leadership Conference offers invaluable training on key topics vital to the success of the Association.

The AEA Leadership Conference will feature exciting speakers, networking opportunities, and several breakout sessions that will provide learning experiences to support leadership development.  Sessions will include trainings for:

• Local Presidents/Vice Presidents

• Local Secretaries/Treasurers

• AEA Elections

• AEA 101

• How to Grow Your Local Association

• and many more!

Professional learning sessions will also be offered to receive professional clock hours. You don’t want to miss this engaging conference!
