The purpose of the Alabama Education Association (AEA) Cultural Competency and Diversity in Education professional learning courses is to enhance educators' understanding of strategies, collaborative activities, and new ideas for supporting environments of cultural competency and diversity in Alabama public schools. The information in this course is beneficial to all educators.
