WHO'S ELIGIBLE?

An education employee who works on a day-to-day basis is eligible for AEA Active or Education Support Professional (ESP) Substitute membership, unless that employee is eligible for NEA Retired membership. If joining as a substitute member, you must also maintain membership in NEA's substitute membership category. Substitute members are not eligible to vote or hold office in the association.
