The Education Policy & Professional Practice (EPPP) Department has created a Special Education Cohort to help special educators best serve students during in-person, virtual, and/or hybrid learning. Because of the multiple perspectives offered by educators, this cohort will provide a richness to the learning process, as well as provide materials and resources for working with students with a variety of exceptionalities. Participants will earn continuing education unit (CEU) credit as they work alongside fellow educators exploring best practices for providing special education services to students.
A confirmation email containing instructions for joining the session will be received after registration.
Registration is required before 9:00 a.m. on the day of the session.
COST:
AEA Members: FREE
AEA Non-Members: $50 per CEU session
For more information, contact EPPP Manager Dr. Pamela Fossett, at pamelaf@alaedu.org
