Multiliteracies II: Personal Identity Narratives
Participants will use artwork and reflection to explore portraits to understand self and others, tableaux to represent heritage and legacy, art to reverse stereotypes, and writing to break master narratives. Exercises in this professional learning activity help educators see issues from multiple perspectives which spark personal epiphanies and prepare them to adapt these experiences as classroom projects.

STEAM: Design Thinking and Student-Led Learning Games
This course content is standards-based and enables students to blend Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) content knowledge with a strategic planning process to create original games that they teach to peers. Educators will explore how STEAM energizes learning, increases active participation, improves attainment of skills, and promotes a well-rounded education.
